A Wednesday Night in February 2005 the fabulous Eel Pie Club at the Cabbage Patch Twickenham was the setting for the first outing for THE INCREDIBLE BLUES PUPPIES. They played their own brand of the blues to a very appreciative knowledgeable audience. This is a fantastic band that really knows the Blues as their biographies prove.
They were augmented on the night for a couple of numbers John Mayall's “Walking on Sunset” and Stormy Monday” by the excellent PAUL COX on vocals and TOM NOLAN with some fine slide guitar playing.
Do not miss this band if you like to listen to organic blues played by some of the UK's very finest musicians who have got the “T” shirt and know not only how to entertain but inform.
A word about the Eel Pie club what a stonkin venue a great room for organic music good air conditioning nice decoration, good beer, friendly staff and a good location in the cradle of the British music. It's a pleasure to listen to music in these surroundings and I will definitely be going again and I urge you to do the same. You'll be sure of a warm welcome from Gina & Warren
